I picked up a few bunches of carnations at the grocery yesterday. Carnations - I know, right? No one likes carnations, but I think they've just gotten a bad rap. I actually like them clustered in tight bunches, as long as they're all one color and a natural (read: not dyed) color. I arranged mine in a simple antique bowl and placed them on the coffee table. Funny thing with this picture, they look red, but they're actually a deep pink. Anyway, thought we should start off the week with flowers. Bon week!
